You will be picked up from the airport free of charge by our always smiling Bonairean caretaker Hosé. Do you therefore want to provide your flight number and arrival time? He brings you to the bungalow and gives you the keys. Please indicate when booking whether you want to be picked up or not.
If you do not want to be taken from the airport, do you want to indicate what time you are at the bungalow? The park has no reception, so the caretaker comes to the bungalow especially for you.
You can check in from 4 p.m.
On the day of departure you check out at noon.
If no cleaning is scheduled for the next guests that day, you can usually stay free of charge until you want to go to the airport. The condition is that we or our cartaker agrees to this in advance. If you want to be sure that you can stay until the evening, you can simply book an extra night.
Upon departure you can arrange the transport to the airport itself with our caretaker if you wish.
Bath towels and tea towels are provided, and the beds are provided with linen in a nice hotel quality. Final cleaning includes one-time washing of bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels.
At the booking you have paid a one-time amount for final cleaning including the one-time washing of the linen. If you want to wash in the meantime, you can ask the caretakerfor a fee or go to the launderette yourself.
There is no intermediate cleaning; we can arrange this on request (extra costs). We try to keep the costs as low as possible, and many guests prefer to clean ourselves.
On request we can place a cot and / or highchair free of charge (maximum 1 per booking). Please indicate this in advance when booking.
Bonaire does not have extensive public transportation. The shopping street and the boulevard are within walking distance. Behind the shopping street is a modest supermarket. The larger supermarkets Van den Tweel (Albert Heijn) and Warehouse (Jumbo) are outside walking distance.
The caretaker Hosé is also a taxi driver.
To explore the island it is recommended to rent a car.
If anything is not entirely satisfactory, please contact us, or when we are not on the island, our caretaker Hosé immediately. He solves the problem. For example, he immediately arranges for something to be repaired or replaced. Even with small things: please give us a chance to resolve these for you!
